1997 Honda Accord LX, 5spd
My parents bought it in 1999, and I got it from them in 2003. We've had a lot of good times and bad times together. Anything that has gone into this car has been my choice and decision, I'm very particular about what I want to do with it.
Most folks that see the car don't realize how much has actually been put into and changed - that's the beauty of simple modifications.
What's been done
original motor, just under 199,xxx miles
Prelude LSD transmission
short-air intake w/ K&N filter
front & rear upper sway bars
ESUSE OEM-Type fog lights (need to replace)
DEPO black housing headlights (eventually will replace with Stanley)
eyebrows
mugen-type upper grille
stock tail lights with orange insert removed
Stanley 5th gen Accord OEM side markers (shipped from an Accord in Japan)
Mystery 17's from Craigslist; custom painted from stock gold to a dark bronze color
Megan Racing Suspension
Bridgestone Potenza RE070 (225-45-17)
OEM 5th gen Accord window visors (took a few years to find)
AEM Brakes by Nissin
Upgraded brake lines
ATE Super Blue Racing Brake Fluid
Drilled & Slotted rotors
Replaced rear drums (eventually will swap with EX rear setup)
HKS muffler + cat delete test pipe (need to do rest of exhaust piping)
Full Wings West Touring kit (poly-urethane!)
car fully repainted piano black in 2011
List of stuff to do
Replace front seats and some other interior items
Paint touch-up
Motor build (winter 2013)

Line of cones took out the front lip of the Wings West kit during a high speed time trial run (we let our friend drive who has gone to several driving schools; Potenza RE070 tires do not do well on wet roads!) The lip survived and was put back on the car like nothing happened.

This is the reason I have the prelude LSD transmission; my differential broke during this autocross
